
Wherever you are, please be careful and wise. New reports show an increase in COVID-19 cases. City’s are at an all time high. In Nashville, we have increased by 28%. The daily average is 156 new cases a day, Hospitals within a 14-day period are at a high of 21% increase, including 26 total deaths in two weeks. This is from people that have reported having COVID and those who are hospitalized. Now think about those who have not reported having COVID or seen a medical provider.
The Omicron variant has forced colleges and universities to move to online classes and final exams. New York University is canceling all on-campus academic gatherings. Schools are requiring proof of all COVID-19 booster shots. DePaul University in Chicago and Southern New Hampshire University will start the spring 2022 semester with two weeks of remote learning in January in order to slow down the spread of COVID-19 following the holiday break. College basketball games are canceled or rescheduled because of the virus. The Omicron variant is now in 32 states.
NFL, NBA, and NHL games are postponed because of a COVID outbreak.
Churches are going back to virtual and digital services due to COVID. Entertainment events are canceled due to rising numbers. The spreading of the virus is still at a high. We must be careful!
“Look carefully how you walk, not as unwise but as the wise, making the best use of time, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is,” Ephesians 5:15-17.

“One who is wise is cautious and turns away from evil, but a fool is reckless and careless,” Proverbs 14:16.
“My desire for all people is to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth,” 1 Timothy 2:4.
Let’s help prevent the spread of COVID-19 by wearing a mask to protect yourself and others.
Stay at least six feet from others who don’t live with you. Avoid crowds and poorly ventilated spaces. The more people you are in contact with, the more likely you are to be exposed.
Get vaccinated now people! If already vaccinated, get your booster shot now!
Keep your hands clean. Avoid close contact with people who are sick. Cover your cough and sneeze with tissue. Do not touch your eyes, nose, or mouth entering and leaving a public place.
If you use hand sanitizer, make sure it has at least 60% alcohol to clean your hands.
Eat healthy, take vitamins, exercise and drink plenty of water with zinc for immune support, and pH balanced.
Clean touched objects and surfaces daily. Disinfect surfaces, and please monitor your health daily. During this holiday season, be wise in everything that you do. Let’s prevent the spreading of the Omicron variant.
