“However, I speak with words of wisdom to those who are mature. This wisdom that I speak is not from this world or from the rulers of this world, who are loosing their power. This was once hidden from us but now is revealed. For the mind of Christ involves the wisdom from God,” 1 Corinthians 2:6-7.
I speak to mature people so that the hidden wisdom of God is offered to you for salvation as a saved people. We have spoken and talk about the death of Jesus Christ but never His resurrection. Salvation has now became crystal clear for the church of God. When Jesus rose from the dead, His resurrection proved that He has power over sin and death—now life is offered unto us in the power of God to be saved. At one point this was hidden from you because you refused it, chose to ignore it, or simply you haven’t heard about it.
This is why you must ask yourself the question: What I’m I influence by? Is it social influence; is it trust; consistency; clear communication; a positive attitude and approach; good decision-making; relationships; money; material possessions; fame; pleasure; social status; or fashion? Whatever you are influence by, there is a process of changing your beliefs, opinions, behaviors and social interactions. Your influence must be a saved life that is led by the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit in-dwells and enlightens you—infusing, inspiring, and charging you with the wisdom of God as you yield to the Spirit. Allow the Holy Spirit to transform you and renew you, let the Holy Spirit lay the foundation in the words of God.
“I am only using the gift that God gave me. I laid the foundation as a wise master builder. Apollos is building on that foundation, but you should be careful [take heed] who you allow to build on it. Apollos is spiritual but there are others out there who are not spiritual and thy desire is to build on it, meaning build on you. The foundation that has already been laid which is Jesus Christ, and no one can lay down any other foundation. Not a foundation of gold, silver, precious stones, wood, or hay. Not even your works for none of this will manifest,” 1 Corinthians 3:10.
Will none of this manifest?
Whatever is built on you [your house] will be seen and tested, not by your works but by God. When it is manifested by God, it is obvious, seen, visible and clear. God will disclose [reveal] it if you are in Him and He is in you, God will make it known. If not, then my judgment will be on that house that is built on another foundation that is not Jesus Christ. It shall be revealed [tested] by fire. The fire shall try every man’s work of what kind of work [house] it is. If it is not of God, but something else, I will be tested. Where is your faithfulness?
