Energy development is the field of activities focused on obtaining sources from natural resources. These activities include production of conventional, alternative, and renewable sources of energy, and for the recovery and reuse of energy that would otherwise be wasted and not used to preserve life.
The Bible serves as a textbook on energy—spiritual energy. It begins with God’s generation of light. This illumination is the spontaneous effect of divine love and action, of divine truth manifested. The Bible is a scholarly source, and a historical research of great subjects and topic. If you allow it, God will be your source for everything you need. One of the main reasons we have so much knowledge [source] is because God is our only source. All we have is His resources for us in order to witness to others through Him.
“You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden,” Matthew 5:14.
Sources of energy are known as kinetic, potential, expert, referent, legitimate, reward, coercive, and informational. Kinetic, potential, and expert energy deals with how much knowledge and motion you have in your life—referent deals with relationships, and charisma within building others. Legitimate energy deals with the title and position description. Reward energy is demonstrative of the ability to offer benefits and incentives to the Body of Christ. Coercive energy is given through forcible consequences. Lastly informational energy is demonstrative of giving information through influence for positive implementation.
“Stay awake at all times, praying that you may have strength [energy] to escape all these things that are going to take place, and to stand before the Son of Man,” Luke 21:36.
The two sources of energy recommended to be very effective for the believer is referent, and informational. Referent energy will empower the believer with positive atmosphere and environment. People want to be around others that create positive environments that are welcoming and enjoyable. Believers who have this charisma are very effective in their Christian walk. This creates the opportunity for informational energy. In informational energy, this person brings in influence that has been persuaded by the logic of kinetic energy that is provided in the believer, not by his or her perceived expertise. This is a built relationship through charisma that creates the opportunity to influence others with Godly advice and information with positive reinforcements. These two sources are a great example of energy to use for effective Christian relationship.
“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven,” Matthew 5:16.
