“Honor the Lord with your substance [wealth], and the first-fruits from all your crops [increase]. Then your bar will be fulled with plenty, and your wine barrels will overflow [burst] with new wine,” Proverbs 3:9-10 (NCV).
“Fear the Lord, you His saints: for their years, no war to them that fear Him. Those who fear and seek the Lord will lack nothing or not lack any good thing,” Psalm 34:9-10 (NCV).
For the last two months, I have been imparting this word into the hearts and minds of believers: ‘spiritual completeness.’ God has promised that He would ensure His provision for the ‘born again saints.’ As the born again, there will be no lack in your life. There is a releasing of manna for the sons and daughters of promise. There will be no poverty spirits in this house.
We are going to focus in on three major points. You must catch this in your spirit, and know that you are in the season of overflow so there will be no lack in your life.
First-Fruits are holy unto the Lord
King Solomon releases the promise of God into the life of his son. Whatever you do, honor the Lord with the first fruits of your increase. It is an important part of growing in wisdom when you learn how to honor God with what belongs to Him first.
“Trust the Lord with all your heart; and lean not unto your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and He shall direct your paths,” Proverbs 3:5-6.
You must be in covenant with God
“For I am the Lord, I changed not; therefore, your sons of Jacob are not consumed. Even from the days of your father’s you have gone away from my ordinance, and have not kept them. Return onto me, and I will return unto you, says the Lord of hosts. But you said, how shall we return? Will a man rob God? You have robbed me. But you ask, where have we robbed you? In tithes and offerings. You are cursed with a curse: for you have robbed me, even this whole nation. Bring all the tithes into the storehouse that there may be meat in my house. ‘Test Me in this,’ says the Lord of hosts, ‘and see if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine have fruit before the time in the field,’ says the Lord of hosts. And all nations shall call you blessed, for yours shall be a delightful land,’ says the Lord of hosts,” Malachi 3:6-12.
This is God’s unchanging nature when you do not withhold the tithes from him. The challenge is to test God with the promises of overflowing blessings that he will give to those who are in faithful covenant with him as ‘stewards.’ We must look at God‘s command and God‘s challenge and see the promise that only God can provide.
The blessing that can only come from God
“The Lord God of your fathers makes you 1000 times as many more as you are, and blesses you as He have promised you,” Deuteronomy 1:11.
This is an extraordinary, massive multiplication of favor, prosperity and resources—far beyond normal human expectations. We are not looking at a hundred fold blessing, but a thousand fold blessing.
This blessing came from Moses to the Israelites just before they entered the promised land. May God complete you with increase. May God multiply you and your family with wealth and good health. May you forever remain in covenant with God, and that the blessing will be on your children and your children’s children. This is God’s divine provision, breakthrough, and abundance.
This is God’s absolute guarantee of wealth with the total absence of hardship.
