Let’s get ready to rumbllllllle!

Barbers, stylists, nail artists and all those in the beauty industry will gather “In the ring” at Club Fusion, 833 Murfreesboro Road, on Sunday, February 9th when the talk show, I Just Got My Hair Did presents Season 1, “I Love To Battle.”

I Love To Battle (ILTB) is a beauty industry showcase that brings awareness of the bright and unique talents of barbers, stylists and nail artists to the Nashville community and surrounding areas. “We promote professionalism and continued education to further a bright and lasting career,” said founders, Chris Bond and author, Tanya Davis.

I Just Got My Hair Did is a You Tube talk show that covers a variety of hair events. IJGMHD is hosted by comedian, Chris Bond. The shows cover all facets of the beauty industry, i.e. local and area professional barber, hair and nail salons, hair care, tips, maintenance, community awareness and more.

The members of I Love To Battle work closely with all entities of the beauty industry. Bond said, “We encourage unity in the industry by supporting one another through various industry events.” There are many salons, shops and individual barbers and stylists that will be participating in the upcoming industry ILTB showcase.

The showcase will be hosted by 92Q on-air personality, Yolanda Beech. Ava Freeman and Stacy Blackman will host the Red Carpet. And, a silent auction will be available.

I Love To Battle is also supportive of offering a way to help build healthier lives free of cardio vascular disease and stroke. Therefore, a partnership has been formed with the American Heart Association. Thus, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to benefit The American Heart Association.

The stylists, participants and sponsors are all excited and “look forward to this becoming an annual event.”
