Each year the Youth Ministry Board of Greater St. John Missionary Baptist Church makes an amazing donation to the McGruder Family Resource Center.

Last year they donated boxes full of brand new hats, scarfs, and gloves to be distributed to youth and children in the community.

This year, the GSJ’s Youth Ministry donated “Thank Banks” in which they collected coins to donate to a worthy cause. Tracye Henderson, coordinator of the McGruder Center said: “As if that kind gesture wasn’t enough, they also presented us with a check. The staff at McGruder FRC of Matthew Walker Comprehensive Health Center are forever grateful to Rev. Herbert T. Brown and the Greater St. John M.B. Church family.”
