At last a long awaited worship series cones to fruition. The Nashville Book Publishing Workshops gives aspiring authors the tools which they need to write, print and sell their own books.
Published and accomplished author/entrepreneur Renee Bobb knows that many people want to write a book. The need and desire stems from many sources including those people with a fascinating life story to tell and those who have the ability to write poetry that can move your soul. However few people have the information and know how to transform their writing talents into an actual book.
Self-publishing has become one of the fastest growing segments in the publishing industry and is now more feasible because of technology. With a computer, desktop software and a printer, anyone can publish a book based on his or her expertise, inspiration or story to tell.
As a self-published author Renee Bobb has self-published nine books to date. Two of her most popular books include: Turning Your Dreams Into Reality; and The Proven way to Successfully Start Your Own Business and Turn Your Passion Into Profits: Become a Self-published Author Today. Because of the success Renee has experienced as an author, it is her goal to share her success strategies with others.
The Nashville Book Publishing Workshop is designed to give individuals practical steps on how to successfully publish their books. Individuals will learn how to break into the book publishing market, the seven steps to self-publishing success, how to market your book to success, and how to tap into the best result-producing resources for self-publishing authors.
The workshop will be held Saturday, September 10, from 10 am to 2 pm at Pathway Women’s Business Center, 201 Venture Circle, Nashville, Tenn. 37228. The registration fee is $75. The fee covers workshop materials, training manual, light breakfast and lunch. Pre-registration is required due to seating limitations.
Renee Bobb, author and book publishing consultant with RBI Enterprise and Tracy Johnson, professional editor with Proof Your Point Editing Services are the workshop leaders.
“As a beginner in the self-publishing industry, many of the students have found the workshops to be extremely educational and informative, as well as motivational. Additionally it is important to the students that the information comes from years of experience rather than textbook theory,” said Bobb.
