Advance Financial, the Nashville-based financial services company, received two Johnson City Chamber of Commerce Regional Business Excellence Awards: first place for Excellence in Community & Culture and second place for Excellence in Customer Experience.
Through its community engagement efforts in 2018, Advance Financial’s Johnson City area employees spent 275 hours volunteering in the community and gave over $7,000 to local charities, including Second Harvest Food Bank of Northeast Tennessee and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bristol, Mountain Empire and Johnson City.
“We live and work in this community. Our customers are our neighbors,” said Kent Young, Advance Financial regional director. “It’s an honor to be recognized by the Johnson City Chamber of Commerce for our community involvement, company culture and customer experience as these are three core pillars of our company.”
