What is a plan? It is defined as a detailed method of achieving something. And plans are made every day, every week, every month, and sometimes for a lifetime. However, plans are often deferred, delayed, canceled, altered, and replaced with other plans.
There are many factors that determine if a plan is to be carried out according to what we expect or if they are somehow changed due to circumstances beyond our control. There are literally millions of examples of this. That’s what life’s journeys consist of, plans. Sometimes we make the plans and sometimes a Higher Being makes the plans. Sometimes they work together and sometimes they are canceled by one or the other. We don’t always know when or how our actual plans will turn out, but we keep praying for the best outcome—particularly when our health is involved because we never plan to get into a difficult health situation.
Rev. Enoch Fuzz, pastor of Corinthian MBC, never planned that his life would include stage four lung cancer. Yet here he is after two years, awaiting the plan that it will be eliminated with the current medical process in a little under two additional years. Through that, he has been experiencing another unplanned venture with opioid addiction. During the past weeks, we have spoken about eliminating opioid addiction through medical treatment and spiritual treatment. While we planned to have information this week on the holistic approach to treating opioid addiction, it is a little more complicated than the other two. There is a plethora of information on all of the methods. However, the holistic approach is sometimes treated quite differently, socially, morally, and legally. Therefore, we are currently working on additional information to have the best-prepared knowledge to publicly present. Nevertheless, the information to be shared on holistic treatment is also an effective model used by many.
Readers will be introduced to Dr. Jeff who will share the use of holistic treatment and how it works with the body’s system, the best substance, including the treatment’s origin and how it is used—along with studies that offer proven facts of successful elimination of opioid needs for pain. We never have to make plans for praying. The Bible speaks of many other plans that God has for His people. It is filled with instructions that offer God’s plan for your life because He is the creator. Scriptures are also filled with methods of carrying on when your plans have been diverted. “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls,” Matthew 11:28-29.
