NAREB Nashville Celebrates Black Excellence In Real Estate July 18

NAREB Nashville is honored to celebrate the accomplishments of their fellow Black Real Estate Professionals with their 2024 Mardi Gras theme. Their annual Black Excellence In Real Estate Awards, with Presenting Sponsor Providence Title will be held on Thursday, July 18, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM; Events At 1900; 1900 Church Street, Suite #100; Nashville, TN 37203.

This achievement celebration is for all African American Real Estate Professionals and professionals intentionally working towards closing the wealth gap in Middle Tennessee through homeownership. They want to honor your achievements, whether you are a Realtist or not. Dressed in your best cocktail attire, join them for an evening of celebration, food, music, and a great time.

The Nashville chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers is a non-profit organization whose mission is to make certain communities of color are treated with dignity and respect by supporting African American real estate professionals. NAREB was founded in 1947 and the Nashville chapter was formally established in 1997. Their members are known as Realtists.

Each year NAREB Nashville celebrates outstanding Real Estate Agents and Loan Originators for their achievements during the previous year. Here’s what they’re celebrating this year. Multi-million Dollar Award for Real Estate Agents: Recognizes agents who have sold $2 million or more in real estate during the 2023 calendar year; Top Producer Award for Real Estate Agents: Recognizes agents who have sold at least $4 million in real estate OR completed 15 transactions during the 2023 calendar year; Top Producer Award for Loan Originators: Recognizes loan originators who have produced at least $8 million or 30 transactions in the 2023 calendar year; Rookie of the Year for Real Estate: Recognizes a real estate agent who is excelling in their first year of service; Rookie of the Year for Loan Origination: Recognizes a loan originator who is excelling in their first year of service; and their Best of the Best Award for Favorite Black Business Partner.

NAREB Nashville is the Nashville Chapter of The National Association of Real-Estate Brokers.
