The 2025 National Convention of the Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity is meeting from Monday, July 14, through Sunday, July 20, in Tampa, Florida, at the Tampa Convention Center. The Phi Beta Sigma Conclave 2025 has the theme “Dream BIG, Act BOLD, Always BELIEVE,” and will focus on transformative experiences, social justice initiatives, and fostering connections among fraternity members. It will also include discussions on economic empowerment and programmatic achievement.

The Brothers of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity look forward to their 98th General Convention and 119th Anniversary Convention in Philadelphia, Wednesday, July 16 through Sunday, July 20. The theme of their convention is “Reimagining Alpha for the Future,” which ushers in a new era for Alpha, a celebration and a time for connection. Their convention, in the city of Brotherly Love, aims to offer a variety of Brotherhood and social experiences to entertain as well as strengthen their bond while positively showcasing their presence and brand to the public.

The National Medical Association’s 123rd Annual Convention & Scientific Assembly will be hosted in Chicago from Saturday, July 19 through Wednesday, July 23. It will be the nation’s foremost forum on medical science and African American health. This year’s theme is “Transforming Population Health: The Promise of Health Equity Across Therapeutic Areas to Improve Quality and Span of Life.”

The National Bar Association, the nation’s oldest and largest global network of predominantly Black American attorneys and judges represents the interests of approximately 67,000 lawyers, judges, law professors, and law students. Their 100th Annual Convention & Exhibits, with the theme “Undaunted: Rooted In Our Legacy, Cultivating Our Future,” runs Saturday, July 26 through Friday, August 1, 2025, also in Chicago, at the Hyatt Regency Chicago on East Wacker Drive.

The 77th Annual National Convention of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) runs Monday, July 28 through Thursday, July 31 in Los Angeles, California. This year’s theme is “Empower, Enrich, Elevate.” It aims to gather real estate professionals to foster innovation, inspiration, and industry transformation through sessions, speakers, and networking opportunities.

The 56th Annual Convention of the Association of Black Psychologists promises five days of reconnecting, healing, and honoring The Essence of Who We “Be!” This year’s theme, “Returning to Spirit: The Essence of Who We Be,” promises to be an inspirational experience in African / Black Psychology, providing a space for intellectual discourse, cultural engagement, and professional development. The convention will be held at the Historically Black College and University (HBCU), Bethune-Cookman University (B-CU) in Daytona Beach Florida, Wednesday, July 30 through Sunday, August 3, 2025.

The National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) Annual Convention & Career Fair celebrates their 50th anniversary at the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland, Ohio, Wednesday, August 6 through Sunday, August 10. The convention will be held, with the theme, “Resilience, Advocacy, Excellence: Evolution of Our Voices,” for thousands of the nation’s best and brightest journalists, media executives, journalism educators, communications and marketing professionals, students, industry leaders, innovators, and influencers in journalism, media, technology, business, government, community service, health, arts, entertainment, academia, and more.
