For many years real estate professional Dan Lane has been a Middle Tennessee icon and trailblazer. On December 12, he will be honored at his North Nashville based ABL Reality from 6:30-8:30 pm at 3407 Clarksville Highway, Nashville, Tenn. 37218. Attire for the evening will range from business casual to holiday sparkle and flair. Photographs will be taken of guests throughout the evening.

Nashville continues to thrive and blossom, becoming one of the fastest growing cities in America. This means that the real estate market is full of amazing investment opportunities.

“At ABL we specialize in all aspects of real estate and take pride in customer/client care,” said Lane. “We’re located in the heart of Nashville and are more than a run of the mill realty company. ABL strives to remain one of the most prestigious names in the real estate community for over 21 years (and counting).”

Real estate practices include more than placing a sign on a lawn and showing vacant houses and apartment. It is a profession that requires a great deal of research and personal detail. There must also be a successful liaison between client and realtor.

“Real estate investors should tap every possible resource and befriend experts that can help them make the right purchase,” said industry expert Lane. “A list of the potential experts should, at a minimum, include a savvy real estate agent, a competent home inspector, a handyman, a good attorney and an insurance representative. These experts should be capable enough to alert the investor to any flaws in the home or neighborhood. Or in the case of an attorney, he or she may be able to alert the homebuyer to any defects in the title or easements that could come back to haunt them down the line.”

The guest of honor and many of those preparing to attend are excited and looking forward to bestowing one of Middle Tennessee’s finest.
