TSU holds Women of Legend and Merit Dinner

On April 5, TSU presented the 13th annual Women of Legend and Merit Awards dinner. TSU President Glenda Glover welcomed guest speaker Golden Globe award nominee and Emmy Award winning actress Lynn Whitfield. The honorees and special guest included: Mrs. United States of America Lashan Dixon; Phyllis Hildreth, attorney; Deputy Mayor Brenda Haywood; Judge Allegra Walker; News Channel 5 Anchor/Producer Mrs. Tuwanda Coleman; with the rising star of the night being TSU student, Gabrielle Mosby. The event was originally scheduled for April 7, but had to be rescheduled due to pandemic concerns.
