Academy Award-winning actor Morgan Freeman will headline a one-night-only performance with the Nashville Symphony, blending the soul of the Delta with the power of orchestral music.

Morgan Freeman’s Symphonic Blues Experience is set for Friday, September 26, 2025, at Schermerhorn Symphony Center. The event promises a unique fusion of Delta Blues and symphonic arrangements, guided by Freeman’s legendary voice and cinematic storytelling.

The immersive concert will feature masterful performances by authentic Blues artists, complemented by sweeping orchestral arrangements. The program aims to honor the cultural legacy of the Mississippi Delta and its enduring influence on global music. Tickets are currently available to 2025/26 season ticket holders and donors of $500 or more.
