Waller, one of the oldest and largest law firms in Tennessee, recently hosted a special ‘Lunch and Learn’ event to address what is being done to combat racism and prejudice throughout the state and region. The luncheon featured Shelley Rose, who delivered a State of the Region address on how the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) is working to eliminate hatred and bigotry and ensure justice and fair treatment for all.

Committed to promoting diversity initiatives at the firm and within the community, Waller’s luncheon brought together business and community leaders to hear guest speaker Rose, the ADL’s interim regional director. The Southeast regional office offers programs and services that advance the ADL mission in four states: Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina and Tennessee. They are located in Atlanta, home to the largest Jewish community in the Southeast.
