Treva Gordon wears many hats, and she wears them all quite well. Gordon is an author, speaker, business leader, and television and radio show host. In 2012, she founded Team Purpose, a ministry dedicated to prison ministry. Her message of ministry and helping others can be heard weekly via the television broadcast The Treva and Kevin Show. She is the visionary and executive producer, co-hosting the show with businessman and attorney Kevin Kennedy. Treva is married to her longtime sweetheart and best friend of 25 years, Rev. Robert Gordon. Together they have three children: Robert Jr., Tevin, and Robyn.

Her new book is titled Healing For My Body: I Am A Miracle. It tells the story of her amazing fight for survival after giving birth to her daughter, Robyn. Readers will learn how the intense prayers of family, friends and the help of the Holy Spirit brought Treva back to full health.

Gordon was first inspired to write her new book in the spring of 2018, when she was visiting a family member in the Intensive Care Unit of a New York hospital.

“It is when life throws you a curve ball that God can and will inspire you with the greatest ideas,” Gordon said. “It is when you have lots of lemons that you make lemonade. My story is my lemonade. Even in the most distressing situations, remember God already knew first.”

A true woman of God who walks the walk, she serves as co-pastor alongside her husband Rev. Robert Gordon of the Mile High Church in Clarksville. She shares her life-changing testimony in this new book about her miraculous healing in 2004. Her story was also seen in 2013, on the worldwide broadcast, The 700 Club. In 2017, her testimony also appeared again on the Miracle DVD by Pat Robertson. Rev. Treva was given a slim chance of hope after the complicated birth of her daughter Robyn. Today, her testimony has reached around the globe and countless people have been healed and inspired to believe again. This is Gordon’s fourth book.

The book is focused on one woman’s spiritual journey, which hopefully will help others face their challenges and overcome. She is anticipating a book tour that will include the states of Michigan, Georgia, and Florida during the remainder of 2018. Gordon plans to travel back to New York where she was first inspired to write her book.

“I hope this book will bring healing for all,” she said.

Updates about Treva Gordon and her new book Healing For My Body: I Am A Miracle can be found on her Facebook, Instagram and other social media pages.
