The Tennessee Titans recently unveiled new uniforms and a redesigned logo that incorporate the team’s signature light blue color and symbols representing the state of Tennessee’s three Grand Divisions.

The Tennessee Titans have introduced a new look for the franchise, unveiling redesigned uniforms and a refreshed logo as the team prepares for its next chapter.

The updated designs, revealed Thursday evening through the team’s social media channels, reflect both the franchise’s history and its connection to the state of Tennessee. Team leaders say the goal was to create a visual identity that honors the past while setting the tone for the future.

“We wanted to come up with something that took the best parts of our history and bring it together in a way that makes sense,” said Titans President and Chief Executive Officer Burke Nihill. “We feel like we’re building on the legacy that got us here and doing it in a way that can carry this organization forward for decades.”

The Titans’ primary home uniform will feature the team’s signature light blue (often referred to as Titans blue) paired with white pants. The road uniforms will primarily feature white jerseys combined with either light blue or white pants. The team will also have the option of wearing white jerseys at home.

The jerseys prominently display the team name across the chest on home uniforms and the word ‘Tennessee’ on the road version. Numbers will appear on the front, back, and shoulders of each jersey.

According to team officials, fan feedback played an important role in shaping the updated design, particularly the emphasis on the distinctive Titans blue color that has become closely associated with the franchise.

“Titans blue is a really bold color and a powerful color,” said Erin Swartz, senior vice president of Brand Marketing for the team. “Several teams in the NFL use navy, but this shade is unique to us. It gives fans a way to show their support and stand out wherever they are.”

The franchise also introduced a redesigned primary logo that keeps some familiar elements while simplifying others. The updated emblem features a white ‘T’ set within a blue circle with red and white accents. The three stars from the Tennessee state flag remain part of the design, representing the state’s three Grand Divisions.

The previous flaming comet design that surrounded the logo has been removed as part of the update.

“I don’t think it’s a departure from anything we’ve done before,” Nihill said. “It’s really an evolution of the best parts of who we’ve been and who we want to be moving forward.”

The logo will appear on the team’s white helmets, which also include a white face mask and a new stripe design running down the center.

Several other features of the uniforms highlight the team’s ties to Tennessee. Three navy stars located on the back neckline of the jerseys and underneath the arms symbolize the state’s three Grand Divisions: East, Middle, and West Tennessee.

The numbers on the uniforms were designed with inspiration from traditional collegiate football styles, while the lettering across the chest uses a woodblock-style font intended to reflect the team’s identity and heritage.

Inside the collar of each jersey is a small tab displaying the word ‘WE’ alongside the Tennessee tri-star symbol. Team officials say the message reflects the organization’s ‘We Over Me’ philosophy, emphasizing teamwork and collective effort.

“When Coach Robert Saleh saw it, he loved the idea that ‘we’ is the last thing a player sees before putting on the jersey,” Nihill said. “It’s a reminder that this is about the team.”

In addition to the primary logo, the Titans also unveiled a secondary emblem called ‘The Football.’ The symbol features the letters ‘TN’ placed inside a football-shaped outline, along with three stars representing Tennessee.

Team leaders said the redesign was the result of a multi-year process that included feedback from fans, former players, and community members across the state.

“This is something that evolved over time,” Nihill said. “We hope our fans across Tennessee feel proud when they see it. These uniforms and brand elements are something people can rally behind.”

The unveiling comes during a period of change for the franchise, which includes a new coaching staff and roster adjustments as the organization looks to build toward the future.

For the Titans, the new uniforms represent more than a change in appearance — they signal the start of a new era for the team and its fans across Tennessee.
