“Praising God Through Music, Poetry and Dance”

The Beautification ministry of First Baptist Church East Nashville and Holy Family Church are preparing a worship concert, “Praising God through Music, Poetry and Dance.” 

This concert will take place on June 28th at 4:00 p.m.

“We look forward to a great day that will have great musical leaders and other local talents from the community,” said Vickie Jenkins Shaw, co-chair of this event.  Rev. Sandra Putnam, associate minister of the Temple Church will be the Mistress of Ceremonies.
Some of the participants in this event will be Ridley’s School of Dance, Rev. Nelly Patton, 1st Baptist Church East Nashville Praise Team, Leonard Morton, Sr., (pianist), Leonard Morton, Jr., (trombone player), John Green (saxophonist), Monti McClellan (poet) and others.
