The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Metropolitan Nashville Chapter will hold its annual Sister-for-Sister Conference and Women of Color Luncheon featuring keynote speaker Mignon Francois, Owner of The Cupcake Collection, on Saturday, April 22, 2017, at the Hilton Garden Inn—West End in Nashville. This year’s conference themed “Building Beyond Tomorrow…A Generational Conversation,” offers an educational and enlightening experience for women of all ages.

The Sister-for-Sister conference includes educational workshops focused on helping women become economically independent and politically effective, while building networking opportunities. Additionally, the conference aims to combine professional resources and mentoring strategies to advance women in leadership roles and affect positive change in the Nashville community.

“The Sister-for-Sister Conference attracts hundreds of women each year who are looking to improve their personal and professional well-being,” said Kimberlee Wyche Etheridge, NCBW 100 Nashville Chapter President.

“Participants gain insight and practical tools for personal growth and professional development from speakers with a vast knowledge in education, economics, politics, healthcare and other hot-button issues. Young women who are working toward entering the workforce are invited to participate in preparation for their careers.”
